We offer free delivery on all orders over $50. We charge a flat delivery fee of $5.99 for orders under $50.
Usually, the goods take 5 to 10 days (Monday to Friday) in transit. Order processing time is 2- 3 business days (Monday-Friday). Order cut-off time is 05:00 PM EST (New York).
All orders will ship to one address. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, they must be paid for separately.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you wish to change your address, you will need to contact us and update us with a new shipping address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Likewise, you must update us with the new phone number you would like us to contact you regarding the status of your order/delivery.
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before your order ships. We cannot cancel your order if it has already been delivered.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order for free. If you have received an order g tracking number, this means that we have shipped the order and cannot cancel it at this time, if you want to return it, please follow our return policy.
How to track my order?
Once your order has shipped and the courier has generated a tracking number, you can receive tracking information via email.

Can express delivery be delivered to the UK?
We are unable to process international orders. Please check your address when placing your order to ensure your shipping address is in the United States.
Do I need to pay additional taxes and duties?
All orders shipped to US customers are free of additional duties and taxes, final price will be shown at checkout.
