At customer@enjoyzones.com, our goal is your complete satisfaction. You can return any new item for any reason within 30 days for a refund.
Return Conditions:
For return of products made online, contact customer services at customer@enjoyzones.com, and provide order number, date of purchase, which item you wish to return, and if it has been used or not.
Items that qualify for a return are any item that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all the original tags attached and not marked FINAL SALE.
Items purchased with a 30% or more coupon code are final sale and cannot be returned.
Pack and send back:
You are free to return your items in the original packaging or any packaging that will safely return the items back to us. Please do not staple any bags as it can damage the items.
Return requirements:
Once the eligibility of return is confirmed, our customer service team members will send you a return shipping label. Proceed with the shipment of the item with the label provided.
Refund (if applicable)
You will receive a refund once we get the products back to our warehouse.
Please note that the refund will be made on the purchase price, minus shipping charges. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.
Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially released. Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at: customer@enjoyzones.com
Item arrived damaged:
If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify our customer service department within 3 days. You can email them at customer@enjoyzones.com. We ask that you please include photos of the damage to expedite the process.
